Board rooms come with speakerphones and HD webcams for calls on Teams, Skype, Zoom or any other videoconferencing platform.
Our secure enterprise-grade mesh WiFi network is high speed and we offer complimentary self-service printing, copying and scanning.
Getting Here Is Safe & Easy
We occupy 3 entire buildings with retail/street-front access, so you can step in from the sidewalk without the hassle of elevators. Campus is conveniently located downtown in the King West neighbourhood of Toronto.
With a streetcar stop in front of campus, we are just 10 minutes away from St Andrew and 20 minutes from Union Station by TTC. For drivers, there is plenty of neighbourhood parking and we’re very close to the Exhibition Place GO station plus Lakeshore Boulevard and the Gardiner Expressway.
Our offices are affordable, comfortable and come pre-loaded with everything you need.
We have private rooms and full floors available with ergonomic furnishings, heating/cooling, WiFi/ethernet, sanitization/cleaning plus tropical plants and branding options.
We understand how needs change over time and offer offices on flexible terms as optional additions to membership.
For example, a team of 10 may want to retain 2 offices – one for their CEO and one for 5 regulars, with the rest dropping in for working sessions and meetings once in a while.

Members enjoy boutique hotel amenities at our unique coworking campus – including complimentary Vinyasa Yoga classes and espresso bar service with reverse-osmosis filtered water (sparkling & still) plus loose-leaf teas brewed by robot!
Fresh pour-over coffee is available throughout the day & our in-house baristas are available to make custom espresso drinks from 9-5, Monday to Friday. Both still and sparkling water are filtered by reverse-osmosis and available self-serve 24hrs and we work with local micro-roasters like Propeller plus feature select tea selections for self-service using teaBot
Our Concierge at front desk receives parcels and mail to store in our secured mail room for your team – you never need to worry about not being in the office when something important arrives for you. Received mail is logged in our system that sends members automated email notifications.
We make it easier than ever to communicate between your team at StartWell and anyone outside of the building – with bookable meeting spaces which include complimentary conference phone usage with calling anywhere in North America out of the box.

Your membership comes with a place to sit and a tabletop to work at, plus of course lighting 😉 So much easier than setting up your own office!
Choose the right room for the specific type of meeting – from open social areas to private meeting spaces with dedicated AV/presentation technology. Depending on your member plan, enjoy included credits to book rooms as you need them.
Full-color printers are available to members spread throughout campus available via WIFI and can be used to scan documents as well as make photocopies. (Never worry about paper or ink again!)
