Our campus is located in downtown Toronto’s King West neighbourhood and combines 3 buildings to create a modular platform for creating unique experiences – including a standalone Innovation Centre on Niagara Street and large event space on King Street with street access and additional meeting rooms + lounges.

This large room has its own entrance from King Street West and features high ceilings, exposed brick and large windows on 3 walls – its a bright airy space that is still intimate.
The floor is laid out in three open sections for lounge, bar and presentation space and the venue is offered with full audio-visual equipment plus furniture and presentation materials (white boards, flip charts, screens and more…)

230 Niagara Street [MAP]
A rare single-floor detached building with two entrances, soaring 16-foot ceilings, 6 skylights, large bright windows, Miami white-washed ceilings/walls/floors and tropical plants.
Specifically designed for collaborative events, the venue has 2 large spaces for concurrent presentations or alternate uses plus an open kitchen, two bathrooms and 5 on-site parking spots. Rental includes full audio-visual equipment plus furniture and presentation materials (white boards, flip charts, screens and more…)
Capacity: 200 seated (theatre) / 80 seated (training/workshop at desks) / 300 standing (cocktail)
Come Together & Collaborate With Ease
There’s something magical about stepping off the street and into an event – both of our venues feature dedicated entrances and the opportunity to brand the exterior of our buildings.
You don’t need to coordinate between multiple vendors when hosting at StartWell – our venues come with high tops, low tops, coat racks, coffee tables, rugs, sofas and armchairs plus optional folding chairs. Each venue has been already laid out for optimal use and our included furniture can usually be re-arranged very easily.
We are used to enabling innovators to work together; our venues are offered with full audio-visual equipment for compelling presentations to audiences in-room and dialling in through conferencing software. Plus, we offer whiteboards, flip-charts, post-it notes and markers included in every venue rental.
