We make it simple to host amazing corporate events.
This large room has its own entrance from King Street West and features high ceilings, exposed brick and large windows on 3 walls – its a bright airy space that is still intimate.
The floor is laid out in three open sections for lounge, bar and presentation space and the venue is offered with full audio-visual equipment plus furniture and presentation materials (white boards, flip charts, screens and more…)

Capacity: 100 seated (theatre) / 40 seated (training/workshop at desks) / 200+ standing (cocktail)
- High speed WiFi network with custom SSID (‘network name’) per event
- Open Bar with sink, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, espresso machine & robot that brews tea!
- 3 Smart TVs on wheels (with HDMI connections)
- Projector and tripod-mounted screen
- A DJ/PA system (with two speakers on stands and subwoofer unit) plus house sound system
- Wired & Wireless mic options
- Flexible furnishings (high tops with stools, rectangular tables on castors, couches and coffee tables)
- Presentation materials: Whiteboard markers and magnetic whiteboard erasers, large Post-It easel pads, two magnetic tripod Whiteboard/flip-chart easels, 1 magnetic whiteboard on wheels.
Need more space? Exclusively take-over both the main event space and its lower level.
Combined, this two floor venue at 782 King St W has its own street entrance with options to flow guests into a lower level for dedicated reception area and coat check or into our expansive main event space itself.
The lower floor includes 3 private break-out/meeting spaces (2x 6 person and 1x 12 person) + 2 open lounge areas with his/hers bathrooms and an optional passageway into our main espresso bar and coworking building (where we have additional meeting spaces, offices and a professional podcast studio.)
Optional Extra Services
- Bartenders & Servers – we typically offer self-service, Open Bar & Host Bar options.
- Baristas – have your guests visit our espresso bar for custom barista drinks (within the same buildings as the main event space.)
- Security (as needed.)
- Catering & Food service – our preferred vendor partner creates custom menu and service solutions for any need or limitation (allergies or meal type are not a problem.)
- Photography (our photographers don’t watermark their shots and let you do whatever you’d like with photos captured at the event.)
- Videography – footage of your event; raw or edited into a finished production you can share however you want.
- Livestreaming – we can setup single or multi-cam live recordings of events at the venue, to stream on a single channel like Facebook or to multiple channels (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIN, Private Servers using RTSP) simultaneously.
- Extra Space – we have 10 break-out and meeting rooms on-campus – sized from 2 to 20 people per room.
- Professional Podcast Studio – book the studio and use our mic equipment to record content with your event participants

Green P (metered) parking available on King Street daily plus underground paid parking is available across the street in the 775 King West Minto condos. Entrance is on Tecumseth & King just behind Shoppers Drug Mart. *We also have back ally access for vendor deliveries.
