What is StartWell’s cancellation policy?

For Private Offices
Depending on the size of team/office, you’ll likely have to give us at least 60 days’ notice to cancel your membership with us, and we will apply your last month’s deposit pre-payment to your last month of membership (i.e. once you cancel you will be responsible for paying for the next billing cycle of 1 month.)

For Dedicated Desks
We expect 60 days’ notice to cancel Dedicated Desk memberships and apply your last month’s deposit pre-payment to your last month of membership (i.e. once you cancel you will be responsible for paying for the next billing cycle of 1 month.)

For Club
Club Members can cancel their memberships at anytime – your membership will be valid until the end of the cancellation month which you’re prepaid for and you won’t receive another invoice from us.

How to Cancel
You can do this yourself by logging into our booking/billing software – under the ‘Membership’ tab, click on ‘Edit Plan Details’ and then scroll to the bottom of the screen where you’ll see a cancellation link.

Note: if you are paying for other members they will need to cancel their plans first before our system will let you cancel yours.
