Full 1 Hour Vinyasa Yoga Class

This full one hour class was taught on September 28th 2020 by our lead yoga instructor on campus, Karen Parucha from Downward Dog.

A thoughtful balance of challenge + release. We’ll flow dynamically, weaving a theme into class or progress to a peak pose. Enjoy a well-rounded flow to build your skill + awareness. Expect inventive and thoughtful sequences; all coloured with the spirit of improvisation. All levels welcome. Modifications are provided. Props are encouraged.
