StartWell’s Event Studio
A dedicated facility with turn-key audio visual equipment, media production staff and flexible furnishings.
This is the perfect space for high impact visual presentations, large scale meeting setups and custom activations (including offsite entertainment, private dining, hybrid conferences and popups.)
Meetings include tea and coffee plus stationary and presentation equipment – for in-room audiences, hybrid setups or entirely virtual events our in-house AV/production team can help connect your audience.

Our in-house production team manages stage productions and multi-camera recording and streaming – making our Event Studio the perfect venue to host corporate events involving keynotes, fireside chats, panel discussions, roundtables etc.. and accessorising them with cocktail hour socials.

Large open area with kitchen/espresso-bar, 2 washrooms and a presentation space featuring ceiling mounted projector, smart tv on wheels plus high tops for cocktail setup and folding tables and chairs for row seating, workshop or conference setups.
The Event Studio
2 Curved walls with corner-less cove, high 16′ ceilings, truss for custom lighting rigs + 3 ceiling mounted projectors for instant branding, atmosphere and presentations. With folding tables and chairs for row seating, workshop or conference setups.
For Presentations: With in-house audio-visual equipment and services, our team can manage multi-screen projections and custom light a stage experience for an in-room and virtual (hybrid) audience, making this the best space solution in Toronto for streamed conferences that require in-room seating for up to 100 people.
For Large Conference & Workshop Seating: Seat up to 42 people around a single ‘O’ shaped conference setup or up to 36 people around a ‘U’ shaped setup with room for presentations to run from the front of the room. We provide all the furniture and AV you need – with wired and wireless mic options and large projections for impactful presentations.
Custom Activations: Create compelling offsite experiences that mix education and entertainment ina fun and collaborative environment. We have a ping pong table, 2 player classic arcade game console with 2000 games including Mortal Kombat, MarioKart and Street Fighter (usually projected on a 25′ tall wall!!!) Additionally, this building has been used for product release popups and more.

We make it easier than ever to communicate between your team at StartWell and anyone outside of the building – with bookable meeting spaces which include complimentary conference phone usage with calling anywhere in North America out of the box.
