Based on team size, group memberships are discounted and we offer optional private offices on our upper floors that can accomodate 2 to 50+ people each – giving you an affordable way to configure the best workspace solution for your needs & scale.

A flexible office solution for modern teams: add the offices you need when you need them to support your memberships.

Our offices are affordable, comfortable and come pre-loaded with everything you need: we have private rooms and full floors available with ergonomic furnishings, heating/cooling, WiFi/ethernet, sanitization/cleaning plus tropical plants and branding options.

Per-person monthly membership: $350

*Membership includes 5 hours of meeting space every month.

So much more than a desk – Members enjoy access to 12,000 square feet of common space on campus, which includes:

  • A selection of work spaces to choose from – with all sorts of seating options to choose from including desks, shared tables for teamwork and standing tables for ergonomics
  • Private meeting spaces with turnkey teleconferencing technology to book from

Fresh pour-over coffee is available throughout the day & our in-house baristas are available to make custom espresso drinks from 9-5, Monday to Friday. Both still and sparkling water are filtered by reverse-osmosis and available self-serve 24hrs and we work with local micro-roasters like Propeller plus feature select tea selections for self-service using teaBot

StartWell's Concierge at Reception is available for member support

Concierge & Mail Handling

Our Concierge at front desk receives parcels and mail to store in our secured mail room for your team – you never need to worry about not being in the office when something important arrives for you. Received mail is logged in our system that sends members automated email notifications.

Self-service printing, scanning & copying is included with StartWell membership

Printing, Scanning & Copying

Full-color printers are available to members spread throughout campus available via WIFI and can be used to scan documents as well as make photocopies. (Never worry about paper or ink again!)
