Book our entire studio building exclusively – its the perfect place to produce killer content – with a massive white 2-wall cyclorama + cove with talent/holding space (with makeup mirrors & directors chairs), 2 washrooms, an espresso bar and client lounge – plus parking!
The photo studio building has two sets of doors and you can load equipment directly from parking into our massive white cyclorama. The studio has tall ceilings for sets plus load bearing truss to rig lighting equipment.
Every rental comes with parking spots, digital building access (through an app, programmed unlock or swipe card), fast WiFi + ethernet drops for live-streaming, coffee/tea and water as well as a grip package that includes stands and bowens-mount light modifiers.

Studio rental comes with 4 available parking spots on our lot, just in front of the building. Additional street parking can be found easily in the neighbourhood plus just a 3 minute walk away there is underground paid parking at Upark 775 King Street West.

The CYC is pre-lit for no extra charge – Rigged into the ceiling truss are 5 fanless totally silent Godox ULC150 LEDs (5000k) diffused evenly using Aputure Space Light modifiers – giving you perfectly even lighting along the cyclorama walls and cove for a perfect infinity backdrop effect; perfect for shooting interviews on film.

Venue rental gives you exclusive use of the whole building – great for sound isolation and hosting talent and clients in a single location with enough room to house a video village away from the production floor etc… *The building also has parking spots on the lot in front of the building.
The flat-white Cyclorama measures 16′ tall X 28′ wide X 45′ long with a wall mounted paper backdrop supporting 10′ rolls with ~10′ max height (on the West wall outside of the Cyc.)
The layout below shows collapsible tables and chairs – these can be made available upon request. Media production bookings usually come with an empty cyc.
