Day 1 - Monday June 23

Marketing / ‘Martech’ (Tools and Methods): CMOs & Agencies

A digital marketing evolves at break-neck speeds, brands and agencies are looking for what is working today, and will work tomorrow.

Join us for a glimpse into the future with leaders building solutions to power the next generation of marketing platforms and distribution networks.

Day 2 - Tuesday June 24

Revenue/Sales / ‘SalesTech’ (Tools and Methods): CROs, CSOs

Is cold calling dead? Do people open emails from senders who aren't already white-labelled? Can SDRs and BDRs actually build relationships that Customer Service reps can retain and further develop?

Sales today - especially for digital products, has become harder than ever. But - does it have to be?

We'll speak on stage with Rev Ops professionals making gains in fast scaling companies, as well as the people behind innovative sales tech - to get an under-the-hood look at what success for Sales requires in 2025 and beyond.

Day 3 - Wednesday June 25

Finance / ‘Fintech’ (Tools): CFOs

Innovation in finance not only pushes the definition of what assets are, but enables companies to adopt new practices for managing transactions, authenticating relationships and growing globally, amongst many other things.

This programme will be enlightening for any Finance Leader who's company has developed solutions in Fintech as well as folks looking to adopt new technologies to improve their financial workflows.

Day 4 - Thursday June 26

Leadership (Growth, Partnerships & More): CEOs, COOs

Since the pandemic in Canada, more executive leaders have retired than ever before, under the age of 60. Mentorship opportunities have been lost and new cultures of career track advancement must be developed, as well as peer networks amongst leaders.

This programme aims to soundboard solutions for the top decision makers in corporations of all sizes; Chief Executive Officers and Chief Operating Officers.

Meet other CEOs and COOs and engage in peer discussion that might yeild insights to help your work.

Day 5 - Friday June 27

People & Culture / ‘HR Tech’ (Tools and Methods): CPOs, CHROs

Geo-distributed workforces, remote-first organizations, digital communications and virtual workspace, staff churn, mercenary fractional teams... there is no shortage of 'new' ways for companies to source, engage and retain their staff.

This programme will consider corporate cultures and evolving organizational behaviour in a way that enables proactive and positive thinking within HR practices.

We'll look at tools that help, and review case studies where companies have strengthened their culture - despite pressures to grow teams and perform at a global-best level.
