StartWell's campus is located in downtown Toronto with great parking and transit options - and our venues range in size, to accomodate audiences of up to 150 people!

We can do row/theatre seating for keynotes, fireside chats, panels, roundtables and more - or classroom style for laptop work.

2. Top notch AV tech & support staff

Our in-house technical production team makes sure that your stage presentations look and sound great.

StartWell venues have theatrical lighting and full equipment packages built-in, so they are always ready to host guests in.

Plus, we offer multi-camera presentation recordings and broadcasts!

3. Full service hospitality

Every event we host includes micro-roaster coffee, loose-leaf teas and refreshing filtered water.

Depending on your budget and agenda, we can also source catering for you or work with your preferred caterer - and our large event venues can accomodate food preparation on site, so that your guests enjoy meal time during your events held at StartWell.

CAD $5,000 for a half day event with 100 attendees

  • Venue rental with full audio-visual equipment (lighting, PA system with microphones, presentation tech - screen/projectors + video conferencing if needed)

Optional extras - we can help make your events unique and capture content for digital trainings in the future, or marketing purpose

  • Training staff - we can provide folks to actually lead your sessions, so your team doesn't need to fly into Toronto to deliver training sessions
  • Multi-camera films - our venues are prewired to stream and record high quality video recordings of your sessions

  • The Event Studio (Cyclorama)

    With a 16 foot high ceiling and walls that curve into the floor - this inspiring space provides an infinity backdrop and features built-in projection for immersive experiences.


    We record and stream all kinds of content here - and the venue has enough space to accomodate a live audience of 150 people with a hospitality space for socializing.

  • Dedicated Offsite Venue

    Exposed brick, large windows (with blackouts), a bar, lounge furnishings and dedicated entrance on King Street West make this versatile space perfect for content and socializing.

    Ideal for thought leadership content, this intimate space is comfortable to socialize in and features great atmosphere for entertaining guests. An audience of 100 people can be seated for stage experiences.

  • Third Floor

    With high ceilings, exposed brick, large windows and plenty of space, this venue is an inspiring space to learn in, and perfect for classroom setups.

    In classroom format, this venue can accomodate 50 people seated at tables with power connections for laptops. Educators share content on multiple screens which can be mirrored to a main projector as well. For content focus, the windows can be blacked out with pull-down blinds.

    The Third Floor also has 3 breakout spaces, 2 washrooms and a common lounge space - all in a single suite, making it perfect for training up to 50 people for full single or multi-day sessions.

  • Board Rooms & Smaller Spaces

    If your audience is smaller, or your training sessions require intimate group sizes, we can make great use of the many small room options at StartWell.

    We have board room spaces that are perfect for training sessions - seating anything from 4 to 20 people around board room tables, with full AV and whiteboard + flipcharts to enable all types of presentations.
