Campus location and car parking
We are minutes away from the financial core and Union Station, close to the Exhibition GO station and just off Lakeshore Boulevard + the Gardiner Expressway.
Our campus on King Street does not have a parking lot, but there is plenty of street parking in our neighbourhood.
Parking Option:Green P / Street
Free 1hr street parking and paid parking lots are available.
Note - King St typically does not allow parking past 3pm (during rush hour) and you can check the Green P app for allowed timings on King Street - the location code for our stretch of King Street is 4312.
Parking Option: Private/Paid Lots
There are plenty of parking lots in our neighbourhood; across the road and within a 5 minute walk from us.
Here are some which our clients regularly recommend:
- Directly across the street from our King St buildings (entrance from Tecumseth, south of King Street) is a paid underground parking lot operated by Upark. You can drive into the lot and pay hourly, daily or monthly from meters near the elevator entrances in the lot itself. When you walk up to the exit at street level you’ll be directly across the road from our King Street buildings.
- Another open/uncovered lot is right next door: at 72 Tecumseth, which you can book a spot online for here, or drive up and use a meter to pay at.
- A short 4 minute walk up Niagara street from us towards Queen Street you'll also find an open/uncovered metered lot with plenty of parking at 81-95 Stanley Terrace
- One more covered/underground lot option is at 800 Richmond Street West

A bright and spacious suite - full presentation AV and furnishings with high ceilings, plenty of light (West facing windows), a bar plus large lounge seating area. On our second floor - with a glass wall overlooking our espresso bar and King Street beyond.Perfect as a single suite for most events - or to combine with other spaces, like our Offsite Venue which is on the same floor and connected.

Max Seating Capacity: 150 / Day Rate: $5,000
A gorgeous and inspiring space featuring its own (optional) street entrance - full presentation AV and furnishings with high ceilings, plenty of light (windows on 3 walls!), a large bar plus lounge/seating area. On our second floor.Can be booked on its own, or in combination with other spaces: on the same floor as Level Up!

The Third Floor
Max Seating Capacity: 70 / Day Rate: $5,000
A large and spacious suite - full presentation AV and furnishings with exposed brick, high ceilings and West-facing windows (for great afternoon light) plus two 6-person breakout rooms. *This suite is directly above Level Up and features a kitchen space (for caterers to work from or leave food in) plus two in-suite washrooms.

Cube
Max Seating Capacity: 40 / Day Rate: $3,000
This bright and spacious 1st floor suite features a large lounge with armchairs and couches, plus full AV for presentations and enough space for large conference tables or intimate row seating setups. With West facing windows - plus two glass walls facing our espresso bar, Cube is always bright and comfortable. This suite is flanked by a bank of call booths and next to our Library space - the two combined creates a great solution for intimate all-day sessions.
