Every large venue booking at StartWell includes:

Room setup
Our venues are fully furnished - and our team sets them up for your session, so when you arrive you can start presenting and hosting!

Full AV - with support
Fast WiFi plus a presentation stage with cutting edge AV equipment (pre-configured) with stage support staff (to manage slides/presentations etc...)

Video Conferencing
Turn any meeting into a hybrid session - book a venue and coordinate with our AV team to bring remote presenters onto screens in-room and/or stream out on any platform you'd like (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Google Meet etc...)

Video recordings from stage
Our 3 event venues all feature high quality multi-camera recording setups, built into the walls and ceiling: so that presentations are authentic and audiences aren't self-conscious!

Whiteboards
Our groundfloor meeting rooms and various breakout rooms all offer whiteboards on walls - plus we have plenty of large boards on wheels in our event venues (with erasers and markers.)

Premium coffee/tea/water
We have baristas at our complimentary front desk espresso bar who use local micro-roastery beans and provide excellent teas plus self-service still and sparkling water on tap (reverse-osmosis-filtered.)

Access to call booths
There are always reasons to step away from sessions for a private phone call - we have booths available on a first-come basis next to our front desk espresso bar.

Catering choice
For a simple charge per meal we can procure and manage catering for you, or you can make arrangements directly with the caterer of your preference. We even have some recommendations here.

You can book a single venue at StartWell - our large spaces all have their own doors for privacy, plus come with a full AV package and mixed seating to suit a variety of different event formats - from cocktail to banquet to classroom to row seating!
Booking Rate: $5,000 (8hrs) vs $3,000 (4hrs) Per Venue
We have 3 large rooms to choose from:

Dedicated Offsite Venue
Seating capacity: 150
Welcome guests through a dedicated street entrance directly into the venue. This large space features a built-in bar and has internal access to lower level breakout spaces and our main reception.

The Third Floor
Seating capacity: 70
A large suite with 3 internal breakout rooms, 2 private washrooms, a kitchen for catering drops and tons of natural light - especially in the afternoon (West facing.)
OPTION B
Book Our Second Floor - Combining A Presentation Room And Space For Meals/Socials
Because these two venues are on the same floor - seperated by a doorway, they combine beautifully to give you a large bright space for presentations which can accomodate up to 150 people in row seating (Level Up) with a seperate space dedicated to meals and social time at the end of the day (Offsite Venue!) the combination offers a dynamic footprint that guests will love: plus an optional dedicated street entrance.

OPTION C
Two Floor Booking: Combine A Second Floor Event Venue With Lower Level Breakout Rooms
The most common option for this would be our Offsite Venue with its lower level - giving you a large session room with its own street entrance plus three breakout rooms (two 6-person and one 8-person room) and a dedicated lounge with washrooms.

Seating capacity: 6
A cosy exposed brick meeting room on the first floor of our main building near the library. With a connected TV, large white board and window.

Library Lounge
Seating capacity: 20
This bright lounge can be added onto large venue bookings - and is typically combined with all of the meeting rooms next to it as well as the Offsite Venue on the floor above - for a 2 floor venue option (with its own street entrance.)
OPTION D
Full Campus Takeover: Book 3 Floors - With All Three Event Venues And Breakout Spaces
This solution is perfect for full team sessions for up to ~150 people, or micro-conferences: giving you 13,000 square feet of dedicated space to plan all sorts of complex agendas.
Clients typically use:
- Level Up for full team presentations and a large breakout room
- The Offsite Venue for meals and evening socials
- The Third Floor for a large team breakout space (that offers 3 inner breakout rooms for 6 people each)
- Our entire ground floor for additional breakout space (with 6 meeting rooms for 6-16 people each, 3 call booths plus our library lounge.)
Booking Rate: $25,000 (8hrs) with discounts for multi-day sessions.
