This single floor venue overlooks our reception cafe and King Street beyond - with high ceilings, exposed brick and plenty of natural light.
The open concept floorplan is comprised of a lounge space with couches, social space for entertaining with bar plus a presentation space - fully kitted out with professional AV equipment for any kind of presentation or live-stream.
This venue can seat up to 150 people (max) but is still comfortable for smaller groups - offering the ability to host sessions and entertain in the same space, with the option of booking alongside other suites at StartWell to create a uniquely modular event planning solution that keeps everything under one roof!
We can replace row seating with a large conference setup or banquet tables!
Easily accomodate 30 people around a single conference setup facing our stage in a U - perfect for presenting content and dialling in remote/virtual participants. With our optional multicamera broadcasts and recording, our media team can connect you to people offsite in style (and show 4 camera angles around the table/stage!)
AV is included with rental, and our in-house production team can live-stream or record your stage presentations with multi-cam technology

As with all large suites at StartWell, this event venue includes a full audio-visual equipment package - pre-configured and managed by our technical production staff.
When you book, someone will be in touch to confirm your presentation needs and then meet you upon arrival to get you setup and connected to our system.
You can choose to present from your own computer(s) if you have security restrictions, or use our mac systems to login to cloud accounts - or send our team materials for you to present, and easily make use of our turn-key equipment, which includes wired and wireless microphones, large presentation screens, projection and in-room PA (which sounds great for voices and for music in between presentations.)
We're really focused on making it easier to host large meetings and events - simply show up with your people and step on stage, we'll do the rest.

Our neighborhood is commercial/residential - we're walking distance to great restaurants, bars and team building activities.We have parking on lot plus there are paid lots nearby and its easy to jump off Lakeshore Boulevard or the highway onto Strachan if you're driving to the venue. The Exhibition Place GO station is a short walk away.
