The "Level Up" Event Venue at StartWell

A turn-key corporate event venue - fully furnished with audio-visual equipment pre-configured and managed by our in-house media production team.
This single floor venue overlooks our reception cafe and King Street beyond - with high ceilings, exposed brick and plenty of natural light.
The open concept floorplan is comprised of a lounge space with couches, social space for entertaining with bar plus a presentation space - fully kitted out with professional AV equipment for any kind of presentation or live-stream.
This venue can seat up to 150 people (max) but is still comfortable for smaller groups - offering the ability to host sessions and entertain in the same space, with the option of booking alongside other suites at StartWell to create a uniquely modular event planning solution that keeps everything under one roof!
We offer multiple room layouts to suit any type of professional event
We own a variety of furniture and our team will setup the room to any of these layouts for you - so when you arrive, there's nothing to do but host your guests and present content.
This venue comes fully equipped with AV and stage support!
Simply show up ready to present and our team will take care of the rest.
Venue rental includes a full stage setup - with professional lighting, mics, in-room audio and screens (on stage - for confidence, and to show slides to the audience.)
Someone from our team will be there day-of to make sure your presentations run smoothly, and we can optionally record and/or broadcast (for an additional fee.)
Stage recordings and streams look and sound amazing here at StartWell. Our cameras are ceiling/wall mounted and remotely controlled - so there are no crew members or wires to distract your audience and presentations relate authentically.

Our neighborhood is commercial/residential - we're walking distance to great restaurants, bars and team building activities.We have parking on lot plus there are paid lots nearby and its easy to jump off Lakeshore Boulevard or the highway onto Strachan if you're driving to the venue. The Exhibition Place GO station is a short walk away.
