This unique large yet intimate event venue has been designed to enable teams to gather for multiple purposes - with full AV and flexible furnishings, which StartWell configures based on your request upon booking.
With a dedicated street entrance, your guests can walk into the suite from King Street and enjoy a comfortable mix of lounge, dining and conference/presentation furnishings - all on a single floor.
Enjoy exposed brick, high ceilings and tons of natural light - with windows facing the East and South (with Toronto's iconic streetcars rolling by on King Street.)
The venue is located at our main campus and can be booked with additional break out rooms, creating a modular scaffolding to create any type of corporate event.

Our team will setup the main table and chair configuration for you - so when you arrive on site, you can simply plug in your laptop and start your session!
Simply select your preferred setup upon booking - someone from our staff will be in touch to confirm your headcount and help you plan any other day-of logistics.

This unique venue works well for daytime or evening events. Our team manages furniture setup and we include options for different table and chair settings.
With a direct street entrance on King Street - entertaining clients, partners and staff in the evening is easy, especially with our turn-key audio visual equipment and live-streaming options.
Audio visual equipment & presentation tools are included
Enjoy simply plugging in your laptop upon arrival and getting started. If you'd like, a member of our media production team can meet you to get you settled. All equipment you will need is already setup and pre-configured.
This suite features:
- 1x Mac Mini M1 powering the screens, video conferencing camera and 360-degree microphone as well as PA system (so you don't need to use your own computer - just use ours with your cloud account on Microsoft Teams or Google Workspace)
- 2x 75" 4K displays on wheels, with HDMI and wireless Airplay connectivity
- 1x Logitech BCC950 conference camera with USB/USB-C connectivity
- 1x Blue Yeti 360-degree microphone with USB/USB-C connectivity (picks up audio for calls on Teams, Zoom, Google Meet or any other video conferencing software - from around the whole table setup)
- 1x PA system for in-room amplified audio (so you can playback slides with audio or videos to your group or just play music in between presentations or during socials)
- 4 wireless handheld microphones
- 3x whiteboards on wheels
- 2x flipchart easels with paper
*Additionally, there is another tv on wheels with HDMI and Airplay connectivity in the lounge area

Now you can turn your keynotes, presentations, fireside chats, panel discussions and more into great looking and sounding videos to enable your internal communications or external marketing needs.
Our staff cinematographers capture all the action, and our technology is ceiling mounted - with no cables or tripods on the floor to distract your speakers and guests.

You don't need to travel far to create compelling audience experiences and content - the StartWell Offsite Venue is in between King and Queen Street West.
Streetcars run on both and can take you to the subway in 10 minutes.
Our neighborhood is commercial/residential - we're walking distance to great restaurants, bars and team building activities.We have parking on lot plus there are paid lots nearby and its easy to jump off Lakeshore Boulevard or the highway onto Strachan if you're driving to the venue. The Exhibition Place GO station is a short walk away.
