For the 2nd year in a row, Monster Energy returned to the StartWell campus in downtown Toronto to host their multi-day live broadcast all-hands session.
This time around, we expanded the production's footprint - using multiple spaces here:
1. Our 'Level Up' event venue as the main streaming floor (with 3 custom sets in one place)
2. The 'Third Floor' meeting space for craft-services/catering and talent holding
3. Meeting rooms next to our complimentary espresso bar at reception as breakout spaces for teams to host virtual huddles away from the main live stream.
The main takeaway for any company who is sick of boring virtual sessions? Leverage the strength of your team's commitment to the brand, and have fun collaborating on the event format - and with the ways you can present content to screen.
For Monster, this meant featuring up to 5 people on camera between 3 sets with custom decor and fun branded props.
Presenters discussed key topics and trends surrounded by Monster-branded merch and elements unique to the show - including a full-wall vinyl wrap printed to look like a graffiti'd brick wall (tagged with 'Canada 2026' and their event theme 'Level Up.')
The team had even arranged for one of their staff to prepare mixed drink recipes using product - presenting them to guests in discussion at the roundtable while they were talking on camera! This made for a really fun segment for guests both on and off screen.
