Why Riipen enjoyed hosting a 3 day offsite at StartWell in Toronto

At the start of 2025, almost 50 staff of Riipen from all over Canada came over to StartWell for a 3 day session.

Senior People & Culture Manager Abiella King took a moment from her busy schedule to join me in studio when they were here to explain what her company does and why StartWell was perfect for their Revenue & Service Delivery Offsite.

The availability of large and small rooms in a single place, with top notch audio-visual equipment and stage support plus complimentary barista service all played into her explanation of why this experience was unique for their team, enabling their session to not only be productive but also comfortable and easy.
