Live Podcasts Can Engage Listeners With Hosts & Create Community Flywheels

Irina Posan worked in HR for two decades before committing to help transform people's careers through her consulting practice.

Along the way she launched a podcast to share knowledge about career transformation called 'Career Cravings' as well as an online community.

Before finding StartWell, she had always dreamed of hosting her podcast in front of her community in real life, through an in person event - a dream that became a reality thanks to her being invited to a conference and experiencing how easy it is to be a host at StartWell.

Without having to focus on logistics, Irina was able to simply focus on her people - and ensure that they enjoyed themselves and being together at Career Cravings LIVE - a one day IRL event she hosted in downtown Toronto at StartWell's Level Up venue.
