We can take your full team's photos while you're at StartWell in Toronto for meetings or events!
It's tough to get everyone together specifically for headshots - but if they are coming to StartWell for a meeting or event anyway, it makes your life easier to kill a couple of birds with one stone.
To help teams quickly capture updated sets of team headshots, we built our professional headshot studio at StartWell… for plain-background or more creative shots.
Headshots are available to book online - with photography managed in-house. Why not get us to take new shots of you guys - for LinkedIN, your website or any press releases or corporate announcements?

Our basic setup involves professional soft studio lighting and plan backgrounds - we have a collection of paper rolls and can match brand colors if needed.

We can use coloured lighting, custom shooting technique and props to create a unique set of photos which reflect your brand and culture.
Planning these shoots is easy; we start with a phone call and review any inspiration you might have to prototype a look that you're happy with before the actual shoot day with your team.

Hourly rate
We offer a simple hourly rate that results in at least 20 touched-up (post-produced) photographs.
You can use an hour for just one or few executives - or bring in the whole team, and book as many hours as your agenda allows! We've even taken headshots of 100+ person teams during offsites hosted at StartWell in the past.

This spacious suite is perfect for all types of large corporate gatherings - from meetings to thought leadership sessions to seminars/trainings to socials. Fully furnished with layout options - plus full AV for stage presentations, content recording and live streaming. The space has a mixture of comfy lounge seating, hightop bar/eating areas and row seating plus a presentation space - all located just above our espresso bar at reception and looking onto King Street from a glass wall.

Unique private suite with its own retail access from King Street, lounge setup, open concept bar with cold storage, flexible furnishing options for theatre/rows, workshops, cocktails and conferences. Full AV package with professional stage lighting, 2 large connected TVs, mic packages, PA, video conferencing and 3 whiteboards on wheels.

Large suite perfect for large team sessions - exposed brick and high ceilings combined with large West facing windows. Three 6-person breakout rooms included, plus open concept lounge and 2 washrooms. 4 large connected TVs with video conferencing and white boards on walls.
