Nathaniel Gardner shares tips for potential investors leading up to his April event

Toronto based real estate investor and mortgage broker Nathaniel Gardner dropped by our Event Studio to introduce the session he's hosting with us in April and share three tips for potential investors considering making real estate purchases:

  1. Set a good foundation - make sure your credit is good to qualify you for great financing, and make sure your taxes are up to date and your income stream is steady.
  2. Allocate resources - speak with friends and family about contributing to the capital needed to make your first purchase(s).
  3. Forward thinking - consider how you can achieve velocity with your money before making your first investment so that you're planning ahead on how to realise gains for leverage into growing your equity base.
