Companies can learn a lot from Charlotte Tilbury's efforts to create unique experiences for their brand advocates.
To promote their new Exagger-Eyes Mascara here in Canada, the brand came to us in partnership with event activation company Rock Paper Scissors to produce a magical day for over 30 local beauty influencers.
We transformed our Event Studio facility for the day; with House of XM covering all internal walls with black curtain to create an on-brand atmosphere that was accented with lighting, props and luxe furnishings.
Using heavy fabric drapery, we created a series of spaces that prompted excitement and a sense of discovery and play for guests. Upon arrival they were greeted by the brand and offered a drink or snack before stepping into a product showcase and salon setup that featured 8 professional hair and makeup stations.
Changing rooms plus a lounge area, photo set and video set were all created in our main studio - featuring rigged lighting and projectors to brand the space whilst crafting atmosphere.
Our integrated production team captured boudoir-themed cover images in our photo set whilst simultaneously recording vertical videos using a 6k multi-cam setup in a custom crafted film-noir inspired private eye set.

Media capture sets A boudoir themed photography set was constructed next to a lounge area for guest reception - flanked by a private eye (film noir) film set and changing rooms.
Hair and makeup 8 stations with high powered connections were setup to enable beauty professionals to work on influencers/models with plenty of space and utility.
